This letter is to serve as demand notice that you cease and desist from advertising, marketing and/or selling advertising designed to be on the New York Yankee Uniform.

MLB hold the exclusive rights to all advertising for all baseball teams. Please refer to the MLB ownership agreement exceuted by Mr. George Steinbrenner on March 13, 1972. This issue has been settled since 1963 with the Curt Flood decision and there should be no question as to the exclusiove rights of MLB to all marketing for major league teams, including the New York Yankees.
