The North Carolina Business Court, Raleigh, is located on the fourth floor of 227 Fayetteville Street, Raleigh, North Carolina, 27601. However, the entrance to the building is on Wilmington Street. The court is in the old Wachovia building. It is near the Wake County Courthouse, on the other side of Fayetteville Street. The best place to park is in the Moore Square parking deck off Wilmington Street. The entrance to the Business Court’s building is directly across Wilmington Street from the entrance/exit to the Moore Square deck.

From 40 West:

• Take Exit 298B (South Saunders Street North toward Raleigh/Downtown).
• Turn right onto South Saunders Street/US-401 N/US-70 W.
• Turn slight right onto South McDowell Street/US-401N/US-70 W.
• Turn right onto Martin Street.
• Turn left onto Wilmington Street (there is a stoplight).
• The Moore Square parking deck is on your immediate right.
  

From 40 East:

• Take Exit 289 (Wade Avenue). Stay on Wade Avenue for approximately five miles.
• Exit onto 401 South/ Capital Boulevard Wade Avenue to the right towards Downtown Raleigh.
• Stay on Capital Boulevard for approximately three miles.
• Turn left onto Martin Street (there is a stoplight). Stay on Martin Street for approximately five blocks.
• Turn left onto Wilmington Street (there is a stoplight).
• The Moore Square parking deck is on your immediate right.
