This Court hereby adopts the attached General Rules of Practice and Procedure for the North Carolina Business Court (“local rules”).  The local rules will apply to all cases assigned to the Honorable Ben F. Tennille, Special Superior Court Judge for Complex Business Cases after March 9, 2000.  Application of the local rules to currently pending cases will be determined by appropriate order entered in each case.
