IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL ATTORNEYS

With increasing frequency, the Court has received briefs in violation of Rule 13.8, which limits the length of briefs, with corresponding proposed orders for the expansion of word limitations filed with the brief.

Motions for the expansion of word limitations should be filed with sufficient timeliness for the Court to respond before briefs are or risk the brief being stricken.
